It’s been awhile since the last time I posted here.  January 30th as a matter of fact.  Did I loose interest?  Get marooned on a desert island?  Heck NO!  All I did was ask my Angels for a little help.  Let’s start at the beginning…

Last December, the love of my life literally got down on his knees and asked me to marry him.  Mind you, we’ve ONLY been together for 12 years.  It was so sweet.  I had been asking my Angels to find a way for us to move back to upstate NY for a few years now.  We had been living in Southern California for the past 12 years and I was really missing my family and being able to be a full time grandma.  I wanted to have my family around us when we did get married.  But, nothing seemed to be happening, so I started to meditate on it.

The more I thought about it, it just seemed ‘right’.  Then I realized that this was a leap year, and thought, what a perfect day!  Taking the Leap, on Leap Day.  If you know my sweetie, you’d understand.  hehehe  Next thing I knew, we were off scrambling to  plan a wedding with almost no budget, in a month!

Don’t ask what went on that month.  I don’t remember.  I DO know that with the help of my ethereal Angels, and my human Angels, somehow it came together, and I got to have the wedding of my dreams.  I do remember saying… I just need to get through the wedding and I can relax.

hahahhahahhahaaaaaaa

Enter snickering Angels.

Our 3,000 mile move, depended on selling our business.  With the economy being what it is… well, that wasn’t happening.  As a wedding gift, we were blessed with a gift that would allow us to move back home.  GASP FAINT  errrr WHAT NOW?

So all of a sudden, the time I was supposed to get to relax, has now been filled up with packing and arranging to get our stuff moved across the country.

OK.  I know you think that’s not so bad.  Enter laughing hysterically Angels.

At the wedding, my husband’s best friend told him he was directing a play in community theater.  He offered him a main character roll, which would require us to travel 60 miles for rehearsals several times a week.  It opened at the end of April.  We were moving on May 9th.  hmmmmmm

To make a long story short ( I know… too late ), I married my soulmate, my daughter traveled out for the wedding, and we were surrounded by loving friends who are family, Dwight got to be in his play (and did an AWESOME job), I completed my Reiki training, and am now a Master Practitioner, we packed, moved, and are now settled in a beautiful home overlooking the Hudson River, AND we are full time grandparents.

THANK YOU ANGELS, but did you have to do it all at once????

So yeah… I’ve been a little busy.   8)

I also had to redo my website, and I just finished transferring my old posts over to my new site.  So now that that is finished, perhaps we can get back to business, and share some thoughts and ideas together.  If this is your first visit here, please take time to look around, and comment.  Your thoughts and comments are always welcome.  And please share my site with anyone you think may be interested.

I’ve missed you all, and I am so glad to be back!!!

The Joy is in the Journey!

Love and Light,
jj
