• Reservations MUST be paid in full, in advance to reserve your time.
  • The Couple must present a valid ID and Marriage License (at least 24 hours old)
  • Absolutely NO REFUNDS will be given. Payment signifies acceptance of this term. If you are unable to make your assigned time, another date and time may be substituted depending on availability. Depending on the date, an additional fee may be charged.
  • A MAXIMUM of 6 people are allowed. (The couple + 4 other people) The Ceremony is held in our home, in a quiet residential area. Please be respectful of our Neighbors.
  • If you do not have a witness one can be provided for an additional $30. At least one witness is mandatory for a marriage to be legal in NYS.
